The Lounge

You arrive at the Lounge and the first thing you notice is the space: intimate, with armchairs and low tables, designed to feel comfortable without formality. You are welcomed warmly, given the menu, and before you choose, you are told what can be made today with the day’s best produce.

The Lounge is Purosushi in a more casual way: sushi and sashimi served at the table, dishes from the grill, and small plates to share and reorder. There is no fixed “sequence” to follow—just dinner the way you want it: something quick when you have little time, or a slower evening with a good drink and an easy conversation.

You set the pace. You can start with a few nigiri, add pristine raw dishes, order something from the grill, and let the night unfold naturally. It is the perfect place for a more informal visit—for an unplanned evening, for sharing plates, for talking with your companion, and eating exceptionally well without turning it into a ritual.
